POLICIES:
♥ All Sales Final: For hygiene + safety, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
♥ Damaged Orders: If your lashes arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number + photos and we'll replace them.
♥ Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
SHIPPING:
♥ U.S. Shipping: 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS.
♥ International Shipping: 7-14 business days depending on location.
♥ Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure email provided during check out is correct.
♥ Lost/Stolen Packages: LashéLux Room is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked "Delivered." Please contact your local carrier directly.
